I’ve been going here for a few years now but this last visit was by far above and beyond great customer service. The minute I walked in I had a very warm welcome and went straight into my appointment without a wait. “They even were able to get me in weeks sooner than my scheduled appointment”. I was in desperate need of a new pair of glasses. Sarah helped me throughout my visit and was just a pleasure and so helpful. But a big thanks to the entire office for just be amazing.

I had my reservations on posting a review since I did not want to compete for future appointments at this office/clinic, but I had to put my selfishness aside. In my book, this is the #1 optometrist place in the central valley and bay area. The location, the office, the inventory, the optometrist and the staff are exceptional. The staff's attention to detail and care made my family feel special. Wife's lenses had to be adjusted 3 times and they were so patient. This business represents what any other business should strive to be. My family and I can't thank you enough for the service and super care. Everyone of the staff deserves every compliment they received. See you next year.

From talking on the phone to picking up my prescription glasses, the customer service was fenomenal! The beautiful ladies at reception are very welcoming and extremely helpful. It was my very first time getting glasses and they made it very smooth and easy. Bianca made me feel very comfortable and was a great help when choosing my frames. Overall, I give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend.

I’m not sure if this is how you spell her name but Savanah was really helpful she made me feel welcomed and took me in even though I wasn’t a patient with them at this location, my concern was that a screw had came off my glasses and I needed them fixed asap and she delivered! I recently stopped by Modesto Optometric Vision to pick out two new pairs of glasses, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a warm hello from the staff, which instantly made me feel welcome. Marie helped me with my glasses, and she was absolutely amazing—super knowledgeable about all things eyewear and just so friendly and easy to talk to. She really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted with both frames and lenses. The office itself is spacious, spotless, and has the biggest selection of frames I’ve ever seen at an optometry office. I left feeling taken care of and really satisfied with my visit. Huge thanks to everyone at Modesto Optometric Vision—I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the best vision center in town! As a patient with advanced eye disease, I have specific needs in my eye care. Dr. Brian Elliott is the best. He provides thorough explanations and reassurance in this scary circumstance. I always feel better after speaking with him about my eyes. Lori is wonderful and truly rolled out the red carpet for me to receive the best eyeglass needs. I cannot speak highly enough of their technician Marie. She helped me with a specifically designed product that required much time, patience and dedication. I really felt as if my needs mattered to her and she was part of my team. Thank you MOVC!
